Download a support bundle.

https://api.replicated.com/vendor/v3/supportbundle//download

Returns a 302 redirect to a presigned S3 download URL for the support bundle.
Pass ?redirect=false to receive the URL as JSON instead of a redirect.

Required RBAC Policy: kots/app/[:appid]/supportbundle/read
