Download a customer license file as YAML.

Retrieve the license for a specific customer and app, returning it as a YAML file suitable for use with KOTS installations. The license includes all entitlements and metadata required for installation and updates.

Required RBAC Policy: kots/app/[:appid]/license/[:licenseid]/read
