Get a customer by license ID.

get https://api.replicated.com/vendor/v3/app/{app_id}/license/{license_id}/customer

Retrieve the details of a customer using their license ID, including metadata, license, and instance information.
Optionally, channel details can be excluded from the response.
The license_id parameter accepts both actual license IDs and Enterprise Portal service account tokens that are used as license substitutes.

Required RBAC Policy: kots/app/[:appid]/license/[:licenseid]/read
